Ingredients: Sprouted flakes 34 % (sprouted crunchy buckwheat flakes, sprouted crunchy red lentil flakes, sprouted crunchy dried quinoa flakes), sprouted oat* gluten-free flakes, chocolate 20 % (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), content of cocoa components min. 50 %), cocoa crunchy corn flakes (corn 85 %, sugar cocoa powder 3 %, sea salt), pumpkin seeds, roasted crushed cashew nuts, almond slices, coconut chips. Product may contain traces of soy, nuts, milk and sesame. *Gluten content < 20 mg/kg.
